잔을 흔들면 링크우드가 달큰한 맥주와 잣, 갓 구운 스콘 같은 구수한 향을 부드럽게 올린다. 코를 가져가면 해바라기 기름의 고소함 위로 곡물의 산뜻함이 겹친다. 한 모금 머금으면 53.4도가 매끈하게 퍼지며 살짝 그을린 케이크와 파네토네, 치커리 커피의 결을 남긴다. 물을 더하면 군밤과 볶은 견과가 살아난다. 목을 넘긴 뒤 구운 빵과 견과의 고소함이 길게 이어지다 옅어진다.
