Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 분필 같은 광물감과 라임, 레몬그라스의 산뜻함이 명확하게 드러난다. 링크우드답게 청사과 껍질과 소비뇽 블랑 같은 상큼한 뉘앙스가 도드라진다. 팰럿은 57.4도에도 리몬첼로와 분필, 청사과 리큐어와 감귤 왁스가 또렷하게 발전한다. 스페이사이드 몰트다운 깔끔하고 곧게 뻗는 증류 성격이 인상적이다. 여운은 길게 이어지며 미네랄과 잎사귀의 잔향이 남는다.

how good is this? Superb limoncello, more chalk, grist, green apple liqueur, cherry stems, citrusy wax… What a classy distillate when you let it breathe! With water: gets fat as oil, always wonderfully tight, lemony, chalky. Bone-dry chenin blanc this time

long, wonderfully straight and vertical. More minerality in the aftertaste, leaves and stems too
