노즈는 구운 옥수수와 버터의 고소함으로 출발해 곧 바닐라와 캐러멜로 넘어간다. 배경에는 탄 나무와 옅은 가죽이 깔려 향 전체의 무게를 만들어 준다. 입에서는 단맛과 향신료가 거의 동시에 올라오며 중반부터 마른 결의 담뱃잎이 더해진다. 50도의 도수가 향미의 밀도를 지탱해 짧은 시간에도 인상이 분명하다. 피니시는 오크 탄닌과 검은 후추가 함께 남아 드라이하게 끊긴다. 헤븐힐이 10년을 채워 내놓은 이 싱글 배럴은 무난함보다 또렷함으로 기억된다.
