Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 34년 장기 숙성에서 온 트로피컬 과일과 폴리시드 오크, 옅은 바닐라 향이 먼저 두드러진다. 셰리로 유명한 글렌파클라스지만 1973 빈티지는 버번 호그스헤드에서 익어 43.7도에서 한층 가볍고 섬세한 과실을 분명하게 보여준다. 팰럿은 망고와 꿀, 마른 오크 향신료로 발전하며 오랜 세월이 빚은 둥근 질감이 중심을 잡는다. 피니시는 잘 익은 과일과 옅은 오크가 길게 이어진다. 34년 숙성의 구조감이 인상적인 희귀한 보틀링이다.

hmm, wait, this is rather oaky at first nosing, even a little plankish, although some rounder and very aromatic scents are soon to develop, rather toward hay, many flowers, light honey and then a big mirabelle pie (which I love). The cinnamon from the oak tends to merge with some menthol and touches of camphor. Plain oak? It’s almost gone after ten minutes (or your nose filtered it out)

exactly the same feeling, quite some oak, then ripe plums, vanilla, tangerines and mint-flavoured tea ala Moroccan. Cinnamon

quite long, becomes a notch cardboardy. More white pepper as well and always loads of cinnamon
