켄터키 바즈타운의 무더운 여름과 서늘한 겨울이 오크통 안팎을 밀고 당기며 이 버번을 키웠다. 잔에는 짙은 구릿빛이 돈다. 보틀드 인 본드 규격대로 한 증류 시즌의 원액만 50도로 담겼다. 잘 구운 옥수수빵과 캐러멜, 마른 오렌지 껍질이 먼저 열리고 입에서는 시나몬과 흑설탕이 곧게 뻗는다. 여운은 길고 건조하게 참나무 타닌과 후추를 남긴다.
