첫 향은 꿀과 구운 아몬드 쪽으로 기운다. 뒤이어 토피와 옅은 라이 스파이스가 층을 이루며 올라온다. 입에서는 50도의 열감이 곧 명확하게 드러나고 브라운 슈거가 중심을 잡는다. 헨리 맥케나 10년은 보틀드 인 본드 규격 덕분에 성격이 흔들리지 않는다. 피니시는 중간 이상으로 남고 마른 나무와 계피의 인상으로 좁아진다. 자극이 잘 정돈된 편이다.
