잔에서 올라오는 첫 신호는 바닐라 크림과 팝콘이다. 이어 캐러멜과 마른 오크가 뒤에서 발전하며 무게를 더한다. 입에서는 옥수수의 둥근 단맛이 앞서고 백후추가 중반을 정리한다. 싱글 배럴이라 배럴 위치에 따른 오크 강도의 편차가 그대로 드러난다. 피니시는 중간 길이로 계피와 곡물의 마른 잔향을 남긴다. 10년이라는 시간이 알코올을 충분히 눕혀 놓았다.
