great, old school, earthy, leathery, fruity sherry. Lots of dark fruit stewed in cognac, black pepper, game meats, aged pinot noir, old earthen wine cellars, mushroom powder, umami paste and crystallised fruits. Toasted pine cones, precious hardwood resins, old ointments, cough medicine, natural tar extracts and in the background things like crushed digestive biscuits, chamomile and green tea
