Tasting Notes
짙은 적갈색이 잔 안에 깊게 잠긴다. 글렌파클라스의 패밀리 캐스크 한 통에서 나온 1994년 빈티지는 리필 셰리 버트가 빚은 진한 단맛을 품었다. 말린 건포도와 무화과, 다크초콜릿의 향이 묵직하게 피어오른다. 58.1도의 입맛은 두껍고 따뜻해, 흑설탕과 호두, 가죽의 풍미가 혀를 가득 채운다. 셰리의 단맛과 마른 향신료의 여운이 길고 진하게 이어진다.

are all these whiskies the same, given that they’re all totally cask-driven? Good question, they are indeed pretty similar and it’s all about tiny nuances indeed, and yes the scores are similar if not just the same, but such a flight is excellent if you want to train your nostrils. In this very case, we’re finding more acidic coffee than elsewhere, around mocha and maragogype. I know google isn’t quite our friend anymore, but it remains rather convenient. With water: very lovely. Great chocolate and great coffee
