Tasting Notes
따뜻한 적갈색이 잔 벽을 타고 진하게 감돈다. 글렌파클라스 1990은 퍼스트필 올로로소 셰리 캐스크에서 12년을 보내며 스페이사이드 셰리 몰트의 정수를 담아낸다. 코끝에는 건포도와 말린 무화과, 호두의 고소함이 짙게 번진다. 46도의 입은 묵직하게 입을 채우며 흑설탕과 다크 체리, 옅은 가죽 향이 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 여운에는 말린 과일과 은은한 오크의 쌉쌀함이 오래 남는다.

air Nose
Soft sherry, garden fruits, apple compote, a hint of juniper, some sandalwood and a little blossom. Develops nicely with acacia honey, pollen, toasted sunflower seeds and some freshly baked soda bread. A few more dried dark fruits such as sultanas and raisins
restaurant Palate
A cognac-esque arrival. Rather toasted, polished and with a vibrant fruitiness. Hints of nutmeg, orange oils, brioche, warm croissant and bay leaf. There’s also an undercurrent of warm custard, red apple peelings and muesli. A kind of sweetish, cognac raisiny quality still pervades

Long, very lightly earthy, more subtle wood spice, fruit pastilles, honey and buttered toast
