스페이사이드 고지에 선 글렌파클라스는 서늘한 공기 속에서 올로로소 셰리의 깊이를 천천히 빨아들인다. 올로로소 셰리 캐스크에서 24년을 보낸 이 보틀링은 짙은 적갈색을 띤다. 향은 건자두와 호두, 묵은 가죽과 흑설탕이 진하게 어우러지고 말린 무화과가 뒤따른다. 46도의 입안에서는 무화과 잼과 다크초콜릿, 마른 향신료가 풀바디로 번진다. 중간에는 오렌지 껍질과 정향, 커피의 쌉쌀함이 단단하게 깔린다. 셰리의 단맛과 오크 타닌이 균형을 이루며 길고 따뜻한 여운으로 가라앉는다.
