Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 글렌파클라스 특유의 셰리가 새긴 건포도와 견과, 흑설탕 향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 1982년 15년 숙성답게 무화과와 가죽, 잘 익은 과일의 뉘앙스가 차례로 발전한다. 팰럿은 46도의 도수 위로 셰리 단맛과 다크초콜릿, 정향이 단단한 균형을 이룬다. 피니시는 말린 과일과 오크, 옅은 정향이 따뜻하고 길게 이어진다.

quite restrained at first nosing. Hot butter and caramel, not much else, I’m afraid. After deeper nosing some cooked apple, cider and wood do appear, but that’s all. A rather simple nose
restaurant Palate
bold and rather powerful attack, but rather drying. Quite simple and mono-dimensional, on caramel. Hints of wine and wood… Not much else. Long finish because of the rather high alcohol level, just getting a little peppery. Well, not a stunner at all, although it hasn’t got any flaw. A (silver) hipflask malt. 80 points .
