셰리 캐스크에서 열여덟 해를 보낸 숙성이 글렌파클라스 특유의 풍성한 셰리 캐릭터를 빚어냈다. 1981년 증류한 이 스페이사이드 원액은 향에서 건포도와 잘 익은 오렌지, 호두가 진하게 피어오른다. 입에서는 흑설탕과 토피, 말린 무화과의 단맛이 입천장을 천천히 덮고, 46도의 절제된 도수가 정향과 가죽을 부드럽게 풀어낸다. 짙은 호박빛 아래로 건과일과 다크초콜릿의 여운이 따뜻하게 이어진다.
