노즈에서는 포트 파이프가 더한 구운 브리오슈와 토스트, 메이플 시럽 향이 먼저 두드러진다. 무화과와 마르멜로 젤리, 대추와 바나나 같은 말린 과일이 겹치며 발전한다. 팰럿은 몰티하고 고소한 견과의 풍미 위로 얇게 저민 민트 젤리의 산뜻함이 층을 이룬다. 23년 숙성과 46도의 도수가 균형을 고르게 잡아 마시기 편안하다. 피니시는 케이크와 견과, 오렌지와 민트의 여운이 알맞은 길이로 이어진다.
