Tasting Notes
잔을 기울여 흔들면 깊은 호박빛이 유리벽을 따라 느리게 회전한다. 코를 잔에 묻으면 1978년 글렌파클라스의 건포도와 말린 무화과, 잘 익은 자두 향이 차곡차곡 올라온다. 한 모금 머금으면 21년의 시간이 빚은 셰리풍 단맛이 혀를 감싸고 호두와 가벼운 가죽 내음이 뒤따른다. 삼키고 나면 스페이사이드 특유의 맥아 단맛이 길게 따라오며 잔잔히 잠겨 있다.

yeah, very good, bright, full of zesty oranges and tangerines, with a layer of sweet white wine (Sauternes-like) and notes of tinned apricots and muscat grapes. Some sweeter sherry must have been involved
