Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 미라벨 자두와 마르멜로, 살구 같은 노란 과일 향이 명확하게 드러나고 아카시아 꽃향과 커스터드가 뒤따른다. 글렌파클라스 1978은 40년을 숙성한 45.1도 보틀링으로 오랜 숙성이 준 완숙한 복합미가 깊게 배어 있다. 팰럿은 노란 과일과 꿀, 밀랍과 참깨, 피스타치오 할바의 고소함이 층층이 발전한다. 오래 익은 사과와 시트러스, 은은한 견과가 신선함과 깊이를 동시에 더한다. 피니시는 중간 길이로 매우 상큼하고 꽃향이 짙게 이어지며 꽃 꿀과 옅은 향신료의 여운이 오래 남는다.

immediately makes me think of an old 'B' from Dufftown, from similar or even older vintages. Sublime mirabelles, quinces and apricots, white flowers (acacia, woodruff), the noblest custard, some multi-floral meadow honey, and just 'a beehive in the midst of summer'. wait, isn't this baby either 43 or 44? Once more it's full of yellow fruits and flowers, honeys, nectars, beeswax, wrinkled old apples, sesame and pistachio halva, roasted sunflower seeds, then citrus (say citrons and bergamots)

medium, incredibly fresh, very floral. Borage and edible pansies, I'd say, so obviously, flower nectar. The bees are right, they are always right
