Tasting Notes
오랜 세월이 응축된 진한 마호가니가 잔 깊이 가라앉아 있다. 1976년 증류된 글렌파클라스가 셰리 캐스크에서 마흔 해를 보낸 패밀리 컬렉터 시리즈다. 코끝에는 묵은 가죽과 호두, 오래된 시가 박스 향이 깊게 풀린다. 입에서는 무화과 잼과 다크 초콜릿, 흑설탕이 진하게 입을 채우고 43.7도의 부드러운 도수가 균형을 잡는다. 여운에는 옅은 가죽과 오크 향신료가 길게 이어진다.

very very funny. Tapioca, crude chocolate, ristretto, very old balsamic vinegar, manuka honey (we often quote manuka honey but this one DOES totally smell of manuka honey) and a bouquet of wisteria. It is extremely unusual with this hyper-honeyed profile, I’m very curious about the palate

bingo honey, bingo pollen, bingo beeswax, and bingo apricot and quince jam. In the background, more Timut pepper than in the whole of Nepal. Let’s say pink pepper, which is not quite pepper by the way, but there. Reeks of grapefruit. Pink grapefruit, of course

long, feeling stronger than just 43.7, and absolutely gorgeous with these unexpected notes of ripe strawberries
