Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 글렌파클라스 1973 특유의 마른 곡물감과 반죽, 제빵 효모, 갓 벤 풀 향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 8년 숙성에 40도로 병입된 만큼 다소 거칠고 스피릿의 개성이 명확하게 드러난다. 팰럿은 오렌지와 건포도의 단맛으로 둥글게 열리다가 풀내음과 마른 곡물로 발전하며 비스킷과 마멀레이드, 자파 케이크의 향미가 뒤따른다. 올드 스페이사이드 몰트다운 담백한 구성이 특징이다. 피니시는 블랙 민트 티와 마멀레이드가 중간 길이로 이어지는 빈티지 보틀링이다.
