Tasting Notes
오랜 세월이 응축된 적갈색이 잔에 깊이 어린다. 글렌파클라스의 1971년 빈티지가 셰리 캐스크에서 28년을 머문 뒤 크리스마스 싱글 하이랜드 몰트로 53.1도에 담긴 흔치 않은 한 병이다. 향에서는 잘 익은 무화과와 다크 초콜릿, 묵은 가죽이 깊게 머문다. 입에서는 흑설탕과 호두, 정향이 빽빽한 단맛으로 입을 채운다. 여운은 짙은 셰리와 향신료가 길게 이어진다.

more presence in this one, with the butter coming through right at the start and more maltiness. Notes of juniper, wine barrel (clean), toffee, cloves, honey… Bolder than the 11 yo but also woodier, with quite some tannins
restaurant Palate
extremely close to the Dun Bheagan, just bolder and more tannic and peppery. Otherwise it's pretty much the same whisky, with just more body and a longer and spicier finish. 85 points .
