잔을 가까이 하면 붉은 자두와 건포도 노트가 명확하게 드러난다. 그 뒤로 새 오크의 바닐린과 육두구가 층을 이룬다. 입에서는 진한 당밀 단맛이 먼저 오고 50도의 열감이 뒤따라 발전한다. 헤븐 힐 증류소 원액답게 곡물의 고소함이 바탕에 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 피니시는 중간 길이로 마른 과일과 오크 탄닌을 남기며 정리된다. 전체 인상은 달지만 늘어지지 않는다.
