Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 셰리 캐스크에서 온 뜨거운 버터와 캐러멜이 먼저 두드러지고 깊게 맡으면 익힌 사과와 사이더, 옅은 우드가 발전한다. 팰럿은 대담하고 힘 있는 도입 뒤로 캐러멜의 단맛이 이어지며 드라이한 질감과 옅은 와인, 우드가 겹친다. 46.3도의 도수가 15년 숙성의 구조를 또렷하게 지탱하고 후반에는 옅은 후추의 스파이스가 명확하게 드러난다. 피니시는 길고 캐러멜과 마른 오크의 드라이한 여운이 남는다. 글렌파클라스 15년 트리오 셀렉션은 셰리 숙성의 정직하고 단정한 구조감을 보여준다.

quite restrained at first nosing. Hot butter and caramel, not much else, I’m afraid. After deeper nosing some cooked apple, cider and wood do appear, but that’s all. A rather simple nose
restaurant Palate
bold and rather powerful attack, but rather drying. Quite simple and mono-dimensional, on caramel. Hints of wine and wood… Not much else. Long finish because of the rather high alcohol level, just getting a little peppery. Well, not a stunner at all, although it hasn’t got any flaw. A (silver) hipflask malt. 80 points .
