Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 뜨거운 버터와 카라멜이 가장 먼저 드러나고 이어 익힌 사과와 사이다, 오크의 뉘앙스가 발전한다. 글렌파클라스의 이 15년산은 절제된 향 아래 스페이사이드다운 정직한 구조감을 갖췄다. 팰럿은 강건하고 힘 있는 첫인상으로 시작해 카라멜을 중심으로 곧게 뻗으며 46도의 도수가 단단하다. 피니시는 길고 약간의 후추 매콤함이 이어지며 마른 오크로 마무리된다. 화려함보다 균형을 택한 셰리 하우스의 클래식이다.

quite restrained at first nosing. Hot butter and caramel, not much else, I’m afraid. After deeper nosing some cooked apple, cider and wood do appear, but that’s all. A rather simple nose
restaurant Palate
bold and rather powerful attack, but rather drying. Quite simple and mono-dimensional, on caramel. Hints of wine and wood… Not much else. Long finish because of the rather high alcohol level, just getting a little peppery. Well, not a stunner at all, although it hasn’t got any flaw. A (silver) hipflask malt. 80 points .
