Tasting Notes
노즈는 처음엔 절제되어 뜨거운 버터와 카라멜이 주를 이루고, 깊이 맡으면 익힌 사과와 사과주, 나무 향이 서서히 발전한다. 글렌파클라스 15년은 화려하기보다 단정한 스페이사이드 셰리의 전형을 보여준다. 46도의 팰럿은 대담하고 힘 있게 다가오되 다소 건조한 편으로, 카라멜을 중심으로 와인과 오크가 단순하게 맞물린다. 피니시는 알코올 덕에 길게 이어지며 후추의 알싸함이 또렷이 남는다.

quite restrained at first nosing. Hot butter and caramel, not much else, I’m afraid. After deeper nosing some cooked apple, cider and wood do appear, but that’s all. A rather simple nose
restaurant Palate
bold and rather powerful attack, but rather drying. Quite simple and mono-dimensional, on caramel. Hints of wine and wood… Not much else. Long finish because of the rather high alcohol level, just getting a little peppery. Well, not a stunner at all, although it hasn’t got any flaw. A (silver) hipflask malt. 80 points .
