Tasting Notes
노즈는 글렌파클라스 15년다운 진한 셰리와 초콜릿 케이크 향으로 열리며, 작은 허브와 이끼 뉘앙스가 층을 이루며 명확하게 드러난다. 뒤로 효모 섞인 포리지와 호밀빵의 구수함이 발전한다. 팰럿은 46.1도의 균형 잡힌 무게로 케이크 같은 맥아와 건포도, 옅은 스피어민트를 또렷이 전하며 구조감이 단단하다. 은은한 나무 연기와 셰리다운 호두 향이 뒤를 잇는다. 피니시는 길게 이어지며 크리스마스 케이크를 연상시키되 무겁지 않게 마무리되는 골드빛 15년이다.

not that different from the 10, just cake-ier, more sherried, and rather more complex, with small herbs, a mossy side, and a large chocolate cake. Touches of yeasty porridge in the background. Fresh pumpernickel bread

really very cake-y, malty, with raisins and some very lovely touches of spearmint. I’m also finding a delicate wood smoke, as well as the usual walnuts when we’re having a sherried malt such as this one. Goody good
