Tasting Notes
짙은 금빛이 잔 속에 진하게 고인다. 셰리 숙성으로 이름난 글렌파클라스 15년은, 잔을 코끝에 두면 초콜릿 케이크와 건포도, 이끼 낀 숲의 향에 갓 구운 호밀빵이 겹쳐 열린다. 한 모금 머금으면 몰트의 고소함과 건포도, 호두에 상쾌한 스피어민트가 스치고, 은은한 나무 연기가 배경을 채운다. 46도의 도수가 편안하게 감기며, 여운은 무겁지 않은 크리스마스 케이크의 달큰함을 길게 남긴다.

not that different from the 10, just cake-ier, more sherried, and rather more complex, with small herbs, a mossy side, and a large chocolate cake. Touches of yeasty porridge in the background. Fresh pumpernickel bread

really very cake-y, malty, with raisins and some very lovely touches of spearmint. I’m also finding a delicate wood smoke, as well as the usual walnuts when we’re having a sherried malt such as this one. Goody good
