노즈는 버터스카치와 구운 아몬드가 나란히 선다. 잔을 잠시 두면 옥수수빵의 고소한 향이 뒤에서 명확하게 드러난다. 팰럿은 초반부터 진한 캐러멜이 입천장을 천천히 덮고 백후추의 자극이 중반에 발전한다. 보틀드 인 본드 규격의 50도는 물을 조금 더해도 향이 무너지지 않는다. 피니시는 중간 이상으로 이어지며 오크와 견과의 마른 여운을 남긴다. 전체적으로 단맛과 스파이스의 축이 곧다.
