Tasting Notes
노즈에서는 글렌파클라스 특유의 셰리 풍미와 건포도, 토피가 먼저 두드러진다. 1970년경 병입된 올드 보틀링답게 팰럿은 묵직한 몰트 단맛과 말린 과일, 가벼운 가죽이 어우러지며 43도의 도수가 부드러운 질감을 만든다. 스페이사이드 글렌파클라스의 12년 숙성이지만 옛 스타일 특유의 깊이와 구조감이 또렷하다. 올드 보틀 특유의 은은한 흙내음과 함께 피니시는 견과류와 마른 셰리가 잔잔하게 남는다.

I find it very fresh and fragrant, full of oranges, but very, very lightly sherried. Some sweet bread, a little fennel, nosing Cointreau or other orange liqueurs... In truth I had forgotten that the 12 was not a sherry monster at all (unlike say genuine Macallans, or the newish Glendronachs)
restaurant Palate
sweet, round, extremely orangey, with a speculoos + ginger + white pepper combo in the background. I'm even finding touches of pineapples. Also liquorice allsorts, toasted bread
timer Finish
medium, with oranges, malt, and more liquorice allsorts. Bitter oranges in the aftertaste
