호박빛이 깊게 감도는 잔 속에서 셰리의 전형적인 기품이 피어오른다. 글렌파클라스 12년 캐스크 스트렝스답게 향은 견고하고 고전적이며, 제라늄과 제비꽃의 여린 결이 스친다. 59.6도의 힘을 지녔지만 입에서는 맥아와 초콜릿, 구운 호두와 헤이즐넛의 고소함이 짙게 어우러진다. 여운은 길게 이어지며 계피와 생강, 육두구의 온기가 감돌고, 끝에는 오렌지 블로섬과 감초의 잔향이 은은히 남는다.
