노즈에서는 버터스카치와 달콤한 몰트, 빵과 초콜릿 바 같은 뉘앙스가 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 60도의 셰리 캐스크 스트렝스 글렌파클라스 105답게 풍성한 단맛이 힘을 싣고 드러난다. 팰럿은 케이크와 견과, 몰트와 마멀레이드, 옅은 생강이 두껍게 입을 채운다. 9년의 젊은 나이지만 셰리 단맛과 스파이스가 단단한 구조감을 이룬다. 피니시는 다소 식물성 뉘앙스로 짧게 이어지며 마무리된다.
