깊은 황금빛이 잔 안에 진하게 잠긴 채 글렌파클라스 105의 강한 도수를 예고한다. 잔을 기울이면 버터스카치와 몰트의 달콤함, 갓 구운 빵과 초콜릿 바 같은 향이 풍성하게 피어오른다. 입에서는 케이크와 견과, 마멀레이드의 단맛이 밀려들고 은은한 생강이 60도의 열기를 조율하며 번진다. 진한 골드 컬러 아래 몰트와 셰리의 단맛이 살짝 채소 같은 뉘앙스를 남기며 이어진다.

excellent. Cakes, nuts, malt, marmalade, touch of ginger. With water: careful, this is its Achilles' heel. The 105 never took water lightly, if you ask me, probably a matter of oils. Some struck matches and simply sulphur coming out
