잔을 세워 향부터 맡으면 코코넛과 바닐라가 앞서 나온다. 손목을 돌려 액체를 깨우면 구운 헤이즐넛과 흑설탕이 겹쳐 올라온다. 조금 두었다 다시 맡으면 마른 담뱃잎이 비친다. 한 모금을 머금고 혀 아래까지 흘리면 기름진 옥수수 단맛이 입을 채우고 계피가 뒤를 따라간다. 삼킨 뒤에는 10년 배럴의 마른 오크가 혀뿌리에 남아 단맛을 서서히 지운다.
