향에서는 캐러멜 사탕과 마른 살구가 명확하게 드러나고 그 아래 오크의 쌉쌀함이 얇게 깔린다. 입에서는 50도의 도수가 토피와 육두구를 위로 밀어올리며 질감이 두껍게 흐른다. 싱글 배럴 표기 그대로 통 하나의 성격이 그대로 담겨 편차를 감안하고 마실 필요가 있다. 여운은 후추와 구운 오크로 길게 남는다. 편차가 있더라도 본디드 조건이 품질의 하한선을 잡아준다.
