초반 향은 흑당과 구운 아몬드가 지배하고 잔을 두면 옅은 바나나 뉘앙스가 뒤늦게 나타난다. 입에 머금으면 밀도가 높아 혀를 묵직하게 누르고 정향과 오크가 순서대로 발전한다. 10년을 채운 본디드 병입답게 알코올이 겉돌지 않고 향미와 함께 움직인다. 마무리에서는 코코아와 마른 나무가 길게 이어지며 단맛이 물러난다. 물을 조금 더하면 초콜릿 뉘앙스가 더 넓게 퍼진다.
