잔을 가까이 하면 바닐라와 버터스카치가 명확하게 드러나고 그 뒤로 옅은 오렌지 껍질이 따라온다. 팰럿은 부드럽게 시작해 중반에 계피와 호밀 향신료가 밀도 있게 올라온다. 10년 싱글 배럴 본디드라는 조건에서 예상되는 구조감이 정직하게 확인된다. 마무리는 구운 견과와 마른 나무가 중간 길이로 이어지며 깔끔하게 닫힌다. 도수를 감안하면 알코올의 자극이 상당히 절제되어 있다.
