노즈에서는 바닐라보다 오렌지 마멀레이드의 새콤한 단맛이 먼저 두드러지고 그 뒤를 마른 오크가 받친다. 팰럿은 50도의 밀도가 묵직하게 입을 채우며 흑설탕과 정향이 순서대로 발전한다. 켄터키 헤븐힐이 10년을 채워 내놓은 본디드 병입답게 알코올과 향미의 비율이 단단하다. 피니시는 마른 나무와 굵은 후추가 길게 이어지며 산미가 끝에 얇게 남는다. 잔을 오래 두면 나무 향이 앞으로 나온다.
