옅은 구릿빛이 잔 안에서 맑게 퍼진다. 향은 갓 튀긴 옥수수와 메이플 시럽이 앞서고 그 아래로 시나몬이 은근히 깔린다. 헤븐 힐의 10년 싱글 배럴답게 입안에서는 캐러멜의 단맛이 넓게 퍼진 뒤 오크의 탄닌이 곧게 중심을 잡는다. 50도의 도수는 열기보다 밀도로 느껴지며 단맛의 가장자리를 단단하게 만든다. 목을 넘긴 후에는 볶은 피칸과 마른 나무의 향이 깊게 머문다.
