잔을 채운 색은 잘 우린 홍차처럼 투명한 붉은 갈색이다. 향에서는 말린 체리와 오렌지 껍질이 먼저 피어오르고 캐러멜이 그 사이를 메운다. 헤븐 힐의 이 10년 싱글 배럴은 입안에서 과일의 산미와 바닐라의 단맛을 나란히 세운 뒤 후추의 자극으로 마무리한다. 50도의 도수는 과일 향을 눌러 놓기보다 오히려 또렷하게 세워 준다. 여운은 마른 오크와 다크 초콜릿 위에 얹혀 서서히 옅어진다.
