첫 향에서는 메이플 시럽과 옥수수 단맛이 앞서고 잔을 흔들면 시나몬 롤을 닮은 향신료가 올라온다. 헨리 맥케나 10년은 팰럿에서 진한 토피와 구운 아몬드로 시작해 중반에 오크 탄닌이 개입한다. 보틀드 인 본드 특유의 100프루프는 질감을 묵직하게 만들면서도 균형을 잃지 않는다. 피니시는 마른 향신료와 흑설탕이 서서히 사그라들며 여운의 방향이 건조한 쪽이다.
