짙은 적갈색이 잔에 또렷이 깃들어 있다. 2004년 셰리 벗에서 13년을 보낸 오크니의 Highland Park 단일 캐스크답게 오크니 특유의 옅은 피트와 셰리의 단맛이 또렷이 결합된다. 코끝에는 헤더 꿀, 옅은 그을음, 검은 베리 향이 어우러진다. 58.4도의 도수가 입을 묵직하게 덮으며 다크 초콜릿, 자두, 미세한 연기의 풍미가 발전한다. 여운에서는 헤더의 단맛과 옅은 피트가 길게 이어진다.
