버번 호그스헤드에서 30년을 보낸 긴 시간이 하이랜드 파크 특유의 헤더 꿀과 은은한 피트를 우아하게 무르익혔다. 오크니 섬의 결답게 코에는 헤더 꿀과 옅은 훈연, 잘 익은 오렌지가 부드럽게 솟아오른다. 52.5도의 원액을 머금으면 꿀과 바닐라 단맛 위로 잔잔한 연기와 가벼운 스파이스가 또렷하게 번진다. 1981년 빈티지의 깊이가 짙은 황금빛 잔 안에서 헤더 꿀과 은은한 피트의 길고 균형 잡힌 여운으로 이어진다.
