오랜 세월이 응축된 짙은 적갈색이 잔 속에 깊이 고인다. 오크니 섬의 하이랜드 파크가 1970년에 증류해 다크 셰리 캐스크에서 서른 해를 보낸 이 위스키는 건포도와 다크 초콜릿 위로 헤더를 태운 듯한 은은한 훈연을 피워 올린다. 52.5도의 도수가 입안에서 마른 과일과 흑설탕, 볶은 견과의 풍미를 진하게 끌어올리고, 그 사이로 오크니 특유의 흙 같은 피트 연기가 우아하게 스민다. 1970년 빈티지다운 헤더 연기와 다크 셰리의 깊은 조화가 압권이다. 오랜 셰리 숙성의 깊이가 도드라지며, 여운은 건포도와 헤더 연기로 길게 이어진다.
