Tasting Notes
노즈는 농축된 셰리와 말린 과일, 오크 향이 중심을 잡으며 시작된다. 입에 넣으면 크리스마스 케이크를 떠올리게 하는 진한 단맛에 볶은 견과류와 따뜻한 향신료가 더해져 층이 두껍게 쌓인다. 25년이라는 긴 숙성과 43도의 점잖은 도수가 만나 글렌파클라스 특유의 우아한 균형이 단단하게 완성된다. 여운은 오크의 탄닌과 말린 자두의 단맛이 따뜻하게 길게 남는다.

great, that’s all I can say. Ultra-classic and mega-classy HP goodness, with extra-layers of meaty things and camphory stuff. This time we have a huge smoky Christmas cake, as well as many tiny herbal notes, parsley, chives, fennel, lovage and all that. Unbeatable style as far as rather heavy sherry’s concerned. With water: many mineral notes, new tyres, clay, ‘good’ sulphur…
