노즈에서는 1991년 하이랜드 파크가 팔로 코르타도 셰리 버트에서 27년을 보내며 도달한 짭조름한 미네랄, 옅은 훈제, 호두의 향이 가장 먼저 두드러진다. 팰럿은 52도의 도수에서 오크니의 하이랜드 파크 특유의 헤더 피트와 팔로 코르타도의 견과 캐릭터가 균형 있게 발전한다. 잎담배의 비터와 검은 후추의 스파이스가 명확하게 드러나며 구조감이 단단하게 잡혀 있다. 시그나토리 빈티지의 30주년 기념 보틀링이 잡아낸 1991년 하이랜드 파크의 응축된 본성이 또렷이 깃들어 있다.
