Tasting Notes
오랜 숙성이 깃든 짙은 적갈색이 잔 깊이 그윽하게 어린다. 퍼스트필 올로로소 셰리에서 32년을 보낸 1991년 하이랜드 파크는 오크니의 헤더 꿀과 잘 익은 건자두, 옅은 피트 연기를 우아하게 풀어놓는다. 한 모금 머금으면 흑설탕과 말린 과일, 은은한 훈연이 입안을 감싸고 53.4도가 둥글게 받친다. 여운에는 가죽과 헤더, 그윽한 스모크가 길게 이어지며 오랜 숙성의 품격을 새긴다.
