호박빛이 잔 속에 따뜻하게 어린다. 오크니 섬 하일랜드 파크가 셰리 버트에서 11년을 보낸 이 밀레니엄 보틀링은 코끝에 헤더 꿀과 건포도, 옅은 히스 연기를 겹쳐 올린다. 43도의 부드러운 질감이 혀를 감싸며 흑설탕과 말린 과일, 가벼운 향신료가 차례로 번진다. 여운에는 셰리의 단맛과 은은한 훈연이 어우러져 길게 남아 오크니 섬다운 균형을 전한다.

quite closed. Hello, is there anybody in there? Milky and sourish. Hints of porridge and broiled cereals, not much else. Just a little fresh fruit, like pineapple or ripe kiwi

not completely un-enjoyable. A little grassy and sweeetish, getting even sugarish. Some tannins. Medium long, but somewhat dirty finish, on pear liquor. Not too bad, actually!
