grainy again and caramel again. Herbal tea, fudge, hot butter. Quite fresh. Better than the older version

restaurant Palate

bolder again and a little creamy. Notes of wood. Develops on herbal tea, fudge, getting quite oaky and finally grainy. Hints of spices (clove). A dry finish but it's rather sippable. This one, once again, stresses the good work done at Bruichladdich since the takeover. 78 points .
