북쪽 끝 오크니 제도의 거센 바람 속에서 히스 피트를 때는 하이랜드 파크는 균형 잡힌 섬 위스키의 본보기다. 잔에는 오래 익은 황금빛이 흐른다. 20년을 보낸 1966년 원액은 히스 꽃 연기와 꿀, 말린 과일 향을 잔잔히 풀어내고, 반세기 전 원액 특유의 우아한 결이 또렷이 깃든다. 43도의 부드러운 입안은 꿀과 옅은 연기, 오크 향신료가 매끄럽게 흐른다. 여운에는 히스 연기와 꿀의 단맛이 은은하게 오래 머문다.
