노즈는 캐러멜라이즈드 슈가에서 출발해 서서히 가죽과 코코아 쪽으로 무게를 옮긴다. 한 모금 뒤 팰럿은 점도 있는 질감으로 고르게 퍼지고 흑설탕 단맛 위로 호밀 스파이스가 선명하게 올라온다. 50도의 도수는 자극보다 밀도로 작용한다. 여운에서는 구운 오크와 말린 살구가 길게 이어진다. 단일 배럴 특유의 개성이 드러나는 10년 버번이다.
