켄터키의 기후는 위스키를 빨리 익히지만 그만큼 나무 맛이 세게 들어온다. 이 10년 보틀링은 그 경계에서 균형을 잡은 짙은 호박색이다. 향은 메이플과 볶은 아몬드, 맛은 흑후추와 오크로 단단하다. 삼킨 뒤 마른 담배 향이 오래 걸린다.
