짙은 호박빛이 잔에 그윽하게 어린다. 오크니 섬의 하일랜드 파크가 1978년에 증류해 스물한 해를 보낸 보틀링이다. 헤더 꿀과 옅은 피트 연기, 마른 과일의 향이 우아하게 피어오른다. 그 아래로 묵은 나무가 깔린다. 43도의 부드러운 질감 위로 꿀과 훈연, 가벼운 향신료가 잔잔하게 흐른다. 오크니 특유의 은은한 연기가 길게 남는다.
